Vendor Registration

Upon submission of the form you will be contacted  to confirm details and arrange payment.

The 2024 Lancaster Printers Fair and Chesapeake Book Arts Fair will be held at the Hamer’s Town Art Center, Havre de Grace, MD on Saturday, September 21st from 11:00am until 4:00pm. A vendor space is 10’ x 10’ and all participating vendors must have and use a 10” x 10” canopy (leg weights will be available at no charge). A limited number of 10x10 canopies and tables with chairs are available for rent on a first come basis. As part of the vendor fee, you will receive mention in the fair program and promotion across multiple social media platforms. You can increase your program ad space by adding a sponsorship to your vendor fee. Vendor registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • All vendor space (10x10 ft) is $50. $20 for Non-Profits
  • All vendors must provide and install a 10x10 ft canopy tent in their assigned space (white preferred).
  • Any tables, chairs and other display setups must be provided by each vendor. Limited electric power outlets are  available. Indicate on form if you require a power outlet.
  • Event will be held rain or shine. There are no refunds for inclement 
weather; the event goes on as planned. Please be prepared with tent weights and rain protection. 
  • Vendors take full responsibility of their product and equipment, as well 
as their own physical well-being; the .918 Club, Glyph Design Studion nor the hosting venue, Harmer's Town Art Center are liable for any damages or loss in the event of inclement weather or other catastrophic event.
  • All vendors are required to bring their own POS/cash system as well as any supplies.
  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting appropriate state sales tax for their products or services. 
  • Exhibition time begins at 11am and ends at 4pm.
  • Setup begins at 9:30 am. For setup, please do not arrive earlier than 8am. Earlier setup time requests must be made one week in advance.
  • Breakdown starts after 4pm. 
  • The .918 Club and Glyph Design Studio is allowed to use vendor name, business name, logo and images for advertising and marketing purposes.
  • Vendor registration is confirmed via email after receipt of payment.
  • Application submission is acknowledgment and acceptance with the the Lancaster Printers Fair and Chesapeake Print & Book Arts Fair Terms and Conditions.
